Congratulations on your purchase of the KEF XIO soundbar! Lets walk you through the process to claim your Nintendo Switch 2 console.
Before you begin, to qualify for your bonus Nintendo Switch 2, the XIO soundbar must have been purchased in full during the promotional period 1 October 2025 - 30 November 2025* from an Australian authorised KEF retailer.
Complete the registration form below and complete all the mandatory fields such as your name, postal address, contact number and most importantly uploading your tax invoice/receipt from the retailer.
You have until 7th of December 2025, to submit your claim. Any claims submitted after this date will void your bonus redemption offer.
Once we receive your claim, your purchase will be verified with the nominated retailer to confirm your purchase and once approved, your Nintendo Switch 2 console will be posted out to the address nominated on the form within 7 business days.

To be eligible for the bonus Nintendo Switch 2 (Console Only) offer customers must:
- Purchase a KEF XIO Soundbar from an authorised Australian KEF retailer.
- Product must be purchased in full between the “promotional period” 1 October 2025 until 30 November 2025.
- Product serial number must be supplied to validate claim.To receive the bonus offer, eligible customers must lodge a claim by visiting Advance Audio and fill out all required information. Open to Australian residents only.
All Claims must be received by 11:59pm AEST on 7th of December 2025.
We will endeavor to ship the Switch 2 so that it arrives to you within 7-14 days of submission. However, due to stock availability of the Switch 2, this may be delayed.
Please note that all redemption submissions will undergo a screening process to verify the validity of the purchase. The retail store from which you purchased the XIO will be contacted to confirm the transaction.
If your redemption is approved, you will receive an email notification with the confirmation date for the shipment of your “Nintendo Switch 2” to your postal address.
